Elderberries, brussel sprouts and lemon

hello people, thanks for watching! ingredients (2 servings) for the Schupfnudeln: 200 g potatos (three middle sized potatos) 1 egg yolk 1 tablespoon of flour nutmeg salt butter for the brussel sprouts: 15-20 brussel sprouts 1 lemon pistachios salt pepper butter for the saddle of hare: 1 saddle of hare 3 teaspoons of elderberry jelly 100 ml red wine 100 ml water salt pepper 1 onion 1 carrot 50 ml (about 1/5 of a cup) cream I fried the saddle of the hare for about 10 minutes over medium heat but it depends on the size.

    I still hate to cook. But, I also still enjoy watching you cook so maybe one day you will rub off on me. You never know. It puts me to shame bec. I am not for want of cooking supplies I certainly have enough there. Oh well…Keep cooking. We all enjoy it and I being from USA, enjoy hearing the German trivia!

    Sweet. Looks terrifically good. =) Let’s see, ingredients… how about… star-fruit, kiwi, pine nuts, rice flour, star anise, peppermint, pepper-jack cheese, tilsit. Hm, maybe some of those have been suggested already. =P

    I don’t really know.. I started baking pretty early becaus my mum hates doing it herself and I always used to cook with my parents every now and then.. then I went to Sweden to work as an au pair und cooked a lot during that time..
